Hourly Employee Benefits List

SSC’s employees are our greatest asset. In order to attract and retain quality individuals, the following elements comprise our generous benefit package:

• 401K Savings Plan
  All employees who have been with the company 60 days are eligible to participate during the next quarterly open enrollment. Employee contributions are matched by SSC at 25% up to the maximum amount that an employee may elect to defer. The maximum amount is 14% of an employee’s annual compensation. Employees are immediately vested in all of their matching contributions.
• Vacation Pay
  All employees are eligible to receive a one-week paid vacation, after the one year anniversary of their hire date. The amount of vacation depends upon the employees average hours worked per week.
• Health Insurance Option
  We understand that health insurance has to be affordable for our employees to participate. SSC Service Solutions offers an affordable Health Insurance Plan with benefits for our hourly employees.
  Employees have a choice between three levels of coverage with benefits. Any SSC Service Solutions employee who works a minimum of 16 hours per week can participate in the program.
• Employee of the Month
  Each month, various locations nominate an employee who has been recognized as an outstanding, dedicated, hard working employee.
• Length of Service Awards
  Length of service awards are given out to employees who have been with SSC for ten years or longer. They receive a plaque and a monetary award for their tenure.
• Career Opportunities
  SSC is able to offer career opportunities to custodians that most organizations cannot. Career advancement is a reality at SSC. In fact, all of our upper level management started as general cleaners or manager trainees and have worked their way up through the ranks. (SSC is an EOE employer.)

  This quarterly publication is sent to every employee. We utilize this publication to communicate the following:
