During a time of economic distress, SSC continues to offer a 401k retirement plan with company matching at 25%. We understand that a match of that magnitude is somewhat unheard of in our industry today and are proud to say we've maintained it since the 401k's inception in 1989. Employees are 100% vested in the plan at enrollment, which occurs once per quarter. This generous retirement benefit has enabled many of our veteran employees to retire with a nest egg that may not have been possible with other companies.

We also believe that the health of our employees translates directly to the quality of our service. SSC Service Solutions offers a very competitive and affordable health benefit plan to employees working as little as 16 hours per week.
